Qhawe Zulu founded Zulu Industries Holdings on the belief that Black youth must graduate from being the subjects of economic transformation to becoming its architects. His background spans real estate development, PropTech, ESG advisory, and investment strategy, with direct involvement in data-driven development and infrastructure-led commercial projects across South Africa.
He holds a BCom in Economics and Econometrics with a major in Investment Management from the University of Johannesburg and is currently pursuing the CFA designation. He served on the Technical Task Force for the AI, Digital Innovation and Future of Work Working Group under Y20 South Africa 2025.
